COMMITTEE TO DEAL WITH COMPLAINTS OF SEXUAL HARRASSMENT

Committee to deal with complaints of sexual harassment means a committee constituted by the management, consisting of seven or more members to look after the allegation of sexual harassment of girl children in school and woman at work place. The said committee shall be headed by a woman as its chairperson. The committee would deal with and prevent discrimination and sexual harassment against both in cases of students, teachers and staff.
